A simple, judgment-free place to learn the basics — how to say your shahada, make wudu, and pray — one step at a time.
Every prayer is a fresh start. You don't need to have it all figured out — you just need to begin.
Formerly incarcerated for 26 years, Abdul Haqq found Islam inside and built the Non-Aggression movement around the discipline it gave him. This hub is for anyone taking that same first step — no matter where you're starting from.

The pre-dawn meal is called suhoor; the meal to break the fast is iftar.
It's as much about self-discipline, patience, and charity as it is about hunger — new Muslims aren't expected to fast alone in their first Ramadan.
A real version of this would pull from a directory of masjids and community centers by zip code, with prayer times and new-Muslim-friendly programs flagged.
