This section explains what information Chiro One collects through this app and website, and how it's used. This app is currently a pitch concept for a specific clinic location and is not yet live — this policy describes how it would handle information if launched.
When you fill out a form on this app or site — to book, request a quote, or ask a question — we collect what you enter: typically your name and phone number, and depending on the form, your email address. If you send photos through your phone's share sheet, those go directly to Chiro One through your own messaging or email app and are not stored by this app itself.
Information you submit goes directly to Chiro One to respond to your request — to schedule, quote, or follow up with you. It is not sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties.
To get your message from this form to Chiro One, the request may pass through one or more of the following services, each bound by its own privacy practices: Netlify (hosting) and GoHighLevel (scheduling, once connected to a real clinic calendar). These tools are used only to route or automate your request — none of them are permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
This app and site don't use advertising trackers. Basic technical data (like whether the app was installed to your home screen) may be stored locally on your device to make the app work — this stays on your device and isn't sent anywhere.
You can ask Chiro One at any time to tell you what information they have about you, or to delete it. Reach out using the contact options in the app.
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it.
Chiro One is committed to making this app and website usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. This site is built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where practical: readable color contrast in both light and dark mode, text that resizes without breaking layout, labeled form fields, and interface controls that work with a keyboard alone as well as touch or a mouse.
This is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix — if you run into anything on this app or site that's hard to use with the technology you rely on, Chiro One wants to know about it and fix it. Reach out using the contact options in the app. You're also welcome to describe the issue to Savior Credit directly at welcometosaviorcredit@gmail.com, since Savior Credit built and maintains the underlying app.
